We are responsible for the appropriate handling and prudent management of our customers’ information. Our Protection of Information policy is carefully conducted using an in-house management system while continuously maintaining and improving it.

In collecting, utilizing, and offering customer information, we will adequately carry it out within the necessary extent of our tasks given by our client and only utilize this information for the primary purpose. Except when the situation deems necessary and required by law, we would neither offer nor show it to external parties.

We adopt precautionary measures against the mismanagement and unauthorized access to customer information and the loss, theft, destruction, falsification, and disclosure of customer information. More importantly, if a problem occurs, we immediately conduct countermeasures for rectification.
