We are responsible for the appropriate handling and prudent management of our customer’s information. Our Protection of Information policy are carefully conducted by using an in-house management system, while continuously maintaining and improving it.
In collecting, utilizing and offering customer information, we will properly carry it out within the necessary extent of our tasks given by our client and not utilize this information, apart from the main purpose. Except when the situation deems it necessary and required by law, we would neither offer nor show it to external parties.
We adopt precautionary measures against the mismanagement and unauthorized access to customer information as well as the lost, theft, destruction, falsification and disclosure of customer information. More importantly, in case a problem occurred, we immediately conduct counter measures for rectification.
We comply and abide the law in order to protect our customer’s information and other related matters.
